We are seeking a highly motivated and imaginative Junior Creative to join the Stuff’d Malaysia team. This role is ideal for a fresh, dynamic thinker who is passionate about storytelling, branding, and bringing ideas to life. As a Junior Creative, you’ll play a key role in crafting engaging visuals and content that resonate with our audience and align with our brand values. Key Responsibilities 1. Creative Content Development - Assist in creating innovative and visually compelling designs for social media, digital campaigns, in-store materials, and other marketing channels. - Develop creative content that aligns with stuff’d Malaysia’s brand identity and tone of voice. - Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative concepts for campaigns and promotions. 2. Visual Design - Design and edit graphics, videos, and other multimedia content to support marketing and promotional initiatives. - Ensure all visual assets meet brand guidelines and maintain consistency across platforms. - Stay up-to-date with design trends to create fresh, modern, and engaging content. 3. Campaign Support - Work closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns across digital, print, and in-store channels. - Assist in creating content for events, promotions, and product launches to drive engagement and visibility. - Support the execution of photo and video shoots, including planning and post-production editing. 4. Collaboration & Learning - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align creative outputs with business objectives. - Be open to feedback and continuously develop skills to grow within the role. - Stay curious and proactive in learning about trends, tools, and technologies in the creative **Job Requirements** **Experience & Skills** - 1-2 years of experience in a creative role or relevant internships. Fresh graduates with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply. - Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent software. - Basic knowledge of video editing, motion graphics, and photography is a plus. - Excellent creativity and attention to detail with a strong sense of visual aesthetics. **Personal Qualities** - Passionate about storytelling, branding, and visual design. - A team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Highly motivated, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. - Eager to learn and grow in the F&B and creative industries. **Education** - Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Creative Arts, Multimedia, or a related field. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month Schedule: - Fixed shift - Monday to Friday Expected Start Date: 01/15/2025
