We are seeking a diligent and motivated intern to join our Accounting and Finance team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial operations, accounting principles, and business finance.

The Accounting and Finance Intern will support the finance team in various accounting and financial management tasks. This role offers a practical learning experience and exposure to the internal workings of the finance department. Key responsibilities include:
1. Financial Reporting (Budgeting, Forecasting & Data Analysis):

- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, statements, and analyses.
- Help maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret financial data to support decision-making.

2. Accounts Payable and Receivable:

- Assist in processing invoices, payments, and expense reports.
- Help manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and customer communication.
- Support the reconciliation of accounts and the resolution of discrepancies.

3. Compliance and Audit Support:

- Assist in ensuring compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and internal controls.
- Support internal and external audit processes, including gathering documentation and responding to inquiries.

4. Administrative Support:

- Provide general administrative support to the finance team, including filing, organizing documents, and scheduling meetings.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by the finance team.
- Contribute to process improvements and efficiency enhancements within the department.
