A) **Project Schedule**

Planning project schedules and timelines as necessary and preparing reports that highlight project status and key metrics.

B) **Project Execution & Monitoring**:
Key responsibilities also involve resolving site issues, conducting meetings with the project team to address construction-related challenges, and ensuring effective resolutions. Responsibilities include monitoring subcontractors' work on site, overseeing work sequence, construction methods, and ensuring quality control coordination of site meetings in order to assure timely and accurate execution and completion projects.

C) **Site Purchase Cum Driver**

Coordinating with vendors to purchase supplies and materials for the construction projects.

D) **Regulatory Compliance**:
Stay updated on relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements, ensuring all projects adhere to legal standards. Monitoring and maintaining project compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

**E)Quality Assurance**: Collaborate and monitoring on sub con's work to ensure that quality of work are maintained.

**F) Collaborate and Communicate**: Work closely with project managers, QS, ID, subcon & others vendor to achieve project goals and resolve any cost-related issues. Daily and weekly report need to be submit to Director.

G) Prompt reporting of any non-conformances to Director.

H) To carry out any other duties as assigned by the Director.

**Responsibilities**

1. Occasional/outstation travel may be required.

2. Overtime is required depend on project building management policy.

3. Must be obey to company policy and respect Director.

**Requirements**:
1. Preferred 2 years'experience in interior design & renovation firm.

2. Understanding and knowledge of interior design.

3. Self-motivated, willing to learn, hardworking, responsibility, result-oriented and a team player.

4. Ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.

5. Ability to work under pressure.

6. Able to start immediately is an advantage.

7. Multiple work location.

8. Working from Monday to Saturday

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Puchong: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Site Supervisor: 2 years (preferred)
