**Job Description**:
Train, evaluate, mentor and ensure high quality performance from restaurant staff.

Increased clearance with point-of-sale software to void mistaken transactions.

Daily cash reporting.

Respond to customer inquiries and requests, describe menu items and price special events.

Order supplies, check inventory, maintain budget and deliver paychecks.

Oversee food preparation and ingredient sourcing to maintain quality standards.

**SERVICE CREW (full time/part time)**

**Job Description**:
A team player

Handling the cashier, take order and online orders

Ensure safety, cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained at all time at workstation and of outlet.

Follow all relevant health department regulations

Maintains a friendly, pleasant and neat image to guests.

Always check personal hygiene and be well-groomed in appearance

Provides courteous service to guest and respond promptly to guests’ inquiries, complaints or requests.

**KITCHEN CREW (full time /part time)**

**Job Description**:
Food Preparation on time delivery

Maintain Kitchen sanitation

Inventory Control

Quality Control

General Kitchen equipment maintenance

**Requirements and skills**

At least 1 year experience in food and beverage sector.

Able to work on weekends & Public Holidays.

Open minded, good attitude, willing to learn, guest oriented

Familiarity with health and safety regulations

Experience in managing reservations

Availability to work in shifts as needed

Good physical condition to walk and stand during an entire shift

Junior that willing to learn and with a positive mindset are also most welcome to join.
