Mendapatkan maklumat jelas berkenaan impian berkenaan event tersebut, daripada client. 4. Membuat perancangan "draft" bagi keperluan event tersebut. 5. Mencari lokasi yang sesuai untuk event tersebut, mengikut tarikh yang ditetapkan. 6. Menyenaraikan keperluan untuk penganjuran event tersebut. 7. Mendapatkan sebanyak mungkin quotation untuk keperluan event tersebut. 8. Membuat perancangan logistik, konten dan kewangan event tersebut. 9. Menyediakan unjuran kewangan berdasarkan quotation yang diterima. 10.Menyediakan beberapa pilihan untuk dibentangkan kepada client, berdasarkan buget yang disediakan. 11. Mendapatkan persetujuan client untuk perancangan yang disediakan.
