Vise Principal

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Vice Principal to support our Montessori kindergarten's mission by assisting the Principal in leading and managing daily operations. The Vice Principal will play a key role in ensuring the school provides a nurturing, child-centered environment that follows Montessori principles while overseeing some administrative tasks, student behavior management, and staff support. This position may involve assisting with both kindergarten and daycare extensions for continuity in the children’s educational journey.

**Responsibilities**:
Assist the Principal in implementing Montessori curriculum, policies, and procedures to maintain a high standard of education and care.

Oversee the daily operations of the school, including classroom management, scheduling, and safety protocols.

Support teachers in curriculum planning, classroom activities, and individual student progress, fostering a collaborative environment.

Help manage student behavior, guiding teachers in implementing positive discipline strategies aligned with Montessori principles.

Serve as a liaison with parents, addressing concerns and providing updates on school events, policies, and student progress.

Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to teachers and staff to enhance teaching quality.

Coordinate with staff to ensure a seamless transition for children between kindergarten and daycare settings as needed.

Step in to assume the duties of the Principal during absences.

**Requirements**:
Diploma in Education or related field; Montessori certification preferred.

Proven experience in early childhood education, preferably in a Montessori setting.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to foster a positive, child-centered learning environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
