Insurance Policy Servicing

**Job Scope**:
- To ensure consistency in service delivery and transactions are completed in clear and accurate manner within the benchmarks set.
- Replying to letters within expected time response, inclusive of checking and signing letters, memos.
- Vetting and distribution of Daily Mails for the team.
- Attending to counter/telephone enquiries from policyholders, branches & agents relating to policy matters in a clear, accurate and timely manner.
- Accurate data entry, assisting in updates on procedure/operations manual/ maintenance of SOP documentation arising from work process.
- Assist in providing feedback/ process reviews.
Requirement:
- Tertiary qualification preferably in Communication, Management, Business Administration or Insurance.
- 1 - 2 years of experience in Life Insurance company (preferably with policy servicing/customer service experience) will be advantage.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract
**Salary**: RM2,600.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime pay
