Erection Supervisor

JOB HIGHLIGHTS *Work based at Pontian Johor *Must have Tankage Experience *Enthuasistic team *Career advancement ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES To supervise the construction team of individual tasks or areas. Provide the proper assignment to the foreman and workers. Lead the team to deliver the best performance with good safety and quality Project Management 1. First line supervisory responsibility for a project site. Responsible for the execution of work activities and ensuring that these are implemented according to specification and schedule. Control the quality of the daily construction activities and co-ordinate teams of workers at site 2. Interpret technical and engineering drawing and specifications 3. Participate in Monthly review of master schedule with subcontractors and / or own company's personnel 4. Keep close contact with subcontractors and hold weekly meeting to discuss: - Safety of worksite -Quality of work -Technical problems -Operation schedule -Manpower, Equipment and material issues 5. Take actions on issues raise up by clients and sub-contractors 6. Monitor the sequence and the quality of the work 7. Request for manpower, equipment and materials, which requires the approval of Construction Superintendent 8. Maintain the document control system to ensure that it is complied with ISO 9001 and ISO 45001. 9. Responsible and act according to the requirements under ISO 45001 (Please see attachment). Human Resource Management 1. Give proper instruction & clear assignment to subordinate 2. Assign the suitable person to the task and monitor closely 3. Appraisal the subordinate's performance 1. Able to prepare construction schedule 2. Able to prepare Manpower Planning 3. Able to prepare Equipment Planning 4. Able to understand and review Progress Report 5. Well understand on construction drawing and able to give comment and/or recommendation for the constructability of design 6. Assist to develop work method statement and job safety analysis for field erection work 7. Decision Making Capability 8. Strong Leadership & Ownership 9. Safety Knowledge at least understand the company ISO manual / procedure 10. Understand Document controlling system according to Company 150 9001 / ISO 45001 manual 11. Understand Quality control system according to Company 1509001 manual 12. Resource management skill 13. Responsible and Act according to the requirements under ISO 14001
