**Job Title: Logistics & Warehouse Executive**

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive **Logistics & Warehouse Executive** to join our operations team. This role plays a key part in managing material movements, inventory updates, import logistics, and documentation processes. If you have a strong background in logistics and warehouse operations and are familiar with customs, shipping terms, and system entry, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure timely and accurate data entry for Goods Received Notes (GRN) in the system.
- Coordinate material transfers to designated locations according to job sheets or MRFs.
- Manage and support import logistics for onshore and offshore shipments from inquiry to delivery completion.
- Work closely with the store team to ensure accurate inventory updates and goods receipt.
- Liaise with customs authorities for all import-related procedures and compliance.
- Plan and negotiate with shippers, shipping agents, and freight forwarders on shipment quotations, terms, and HS codes.
- Participate in internal and external audits; prepare and provide relevant documentation as required.
- Kit fabrication parts for modular assembly stages.
- Assist with workforce allocation and manage manpower for priority shipment packing tasks.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Department or Management.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: SPM or higher.
- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years working experience in logistics and warehouse operations.
- Strong understanding of import/export procedures and inventory systems.
- Experience coordinating with customs and shipping agents is a must.
- Good organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively under tight schedules.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
