**Requirements**:

- Possess Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical) or related qualification.
- Minimum**(3) years of working experience working in related with** **facilities management**, **operation and maintenance in building**.

**Role**:

- Report work or any problems to the Mechanical Engineer.
- Give instructions and monitor the work of technicians to solve work problems related to mechanical as well as work instructions issued by the Mechanical Engineer
- Assist the Mechanical Engineer in the preparation of scheduled maintenance schedule (PPM).
- Monitor the use of mechanical equipment/ systems so that they are always in good condition and functional.
- Ensure that all details of the complaint (Work Order) is carried out according to the allowed respond time and returned (closed) complete with confirmation - CSR

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 60 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
