**Account Executive**

**Responsibilities**:
1. To prepare delivery order and monthly invoicing

2. To perform daily data entry (Journal Voucher/Payment Vocuher/ReceivingVoucher n etc) with all relevant supporting documents

3. To manage daily cash flow and Bank Reconciliation

4. To process monthly payroll and submission for EPF, Socso, EIS etc.

5. To prepare all data related to external auditors, tax and secretary to ensure compliance on all statutory requirements.

6. Perform any other duties/assignments as assigned by the management.

7. Responsible for monthly cash & bank reconciliation & monitoring cash flows.

8. Responsible for preparation of management accounts.
9. Ensure the confidentiality of all Company matters.

**Requirements**:

- Possess at least diploma/degree in accounting
- Min 3 years of relevant working experience preferred & able to handle full set account.

3. Computer literate in Microsoft office and accounting software (Autocount)

4. Able to carry out ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.
5. Able to work under tight deadline, meticulous, proactive, multitask in a fast-paces environment and independently with minimum supervision.

6. Good Knowledge in Sales and service tax (SST).
