**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in line with 5S standards to ensure a safe and comfortable working environment.
- Operate welding equipment and related tools, including welding machines, cutters, and grinders.
- Perform product welding according to specifications and work instructions, and report any defective products or non-conformance issues.
- Conduct regular maintenance and servicing of welding equipment to ensure smooth operation.
- Accurately record work data and complete production forms as required by management.
- Assist with other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- A mature, proactive, and positive work attitude, with the ability to handle pressure and overcome challenges.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain good relationships with colleagues.
- Attention to detail with clear and logical thinking.
- Technical secondary school education or higher.
- Proficiency in at least two welding techniques, such as TIG, MIG, MAG, flame brazing, oxy-fuel cutting, cold working, and flame shaping.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Minimum of 3 years of welding experience.

**Certifications**:

- Relevant welding certifications are a plus.
