**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**
- To ensure all incoming & outgoing good, material, suppliers are counted and verified and tally. Stock report for all outgoing stock, update inventory system and generate shortage, damage or discrepancies report as and when necessary
- To ensure that all outgoing goods are delivered via delivery order.
- All outgoing goods must be properly checked and verified before a gate pass could be issued
- To answer telephone calls, greet and assistant customer, provide information and data concerning purchase/delivery orders, stock on hand and damage or storage of goods
- To assist in the conduct of monthly inventory checks of all stock to ensure an accurate account of all goods in the warehouse
- To process customers order, print out delivery order and documents
- To liase with transporter on W&D delivery order and delivery issue
- To liase with the hauler and forwarder on the receipt and delivery of container and keep relevant recors of these transaction
- To perform any other related or similar duties as required

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Computer literate.
- Be able to work effectively with a team
- Can start work immediately will be an advantage.
- Attention to details

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
