Rider/dispatcher

**Job Overview**:
A Despatcher is responsible for transporting proxy cards from a mail facility to a personal or business address. Their duties include using navigation tools to arrive at the right address, verify customer details and delivering the parcels to the correct person/address.

**Responsibilities**:

- To attend daily dispatch duties
- To delivers proxy cards to customers and verifying the details
- To submit complete consignment documents and returned parcel to the facility/Customer Service department.
- Review the order before and after the delivery to make sure the order is completed, the charges are correct and the customer is satisfied.
- Well organized; able to maintain punctuality attendance and safekeeping document records properly.
- Pick up and sent proxy cards to the area that will be assigns by Team Leader.
- Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving records.
- Follow all state and national safety regulations and standards,

**Qualifications**:

- SPM and above
- Have an experience at 1 year in similar designation
- Posses a valid driving license (B2 or B)
- Honest, punctual and highly disciplined

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month

- Butterworth: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
