**Position: Shadow Aide Teacher**

**Field of Study**: Special Needs Education / Psychology

**Salary**: RM1,800 - RM2,500 (Depending on experience)

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and conduct teaching activities in 1:1 basis
- Monitor, assess and record individual students’ learning progress and development.
- Develop Individualized Education Plan of students, implement and monitor the strategies to enable student to meet their goals.
- Preparation of teaching materials/teaching aids, progress report, lesson plan and home learning materials.
- Participate in parents meetings and department meetings.
- Perform other duties when needed.

**Job Requirements**
- Able to communicate fluently in English.
- Able to communicate fluently in Mandarin is added advantage.
- At least 1 years’ experience as a Special Needs Teacher
- Computer literacy required

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
