**Job Description**:

- ** Provide Quality Nursing Care** - Deliver safe and effective care, administer medications, perform procedures, and ensure accurate documentation.
- ** Ensure Patient Safety and Monitor Progress** - Monitor patients closely, report clinical changes promptly, and follow safety protocols.
- ** Collaborate with the Healthcare Team** - Assist doctors and allied departments during rounds, procedures, and emergency situations.
- ** Support the Team and Manage Resources** - Supervise junior staff, maintain equipment, manage stock levels, and ensure a clean, safe environment.
- ** Commit to Ongoing Learning** - Participate in continuous professional development to maintain CPD points for APC renewal.

Job Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Nursing
- Valid **LJM** (_Lembaga Jururawat Malaysia_) Certificate
- Valid Annual Practice Certificate (**APC**) and Retention of Name (**RON**)
- Post Basic Certificate in Intensive Care Unit
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in the Intensive Care Unit
