**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage inquiries from both existing and potential customers with professionalism and efficiency.
- Review customer requirements, prepare competitive quotations, and follow through to secure sales.
- Track customer payment status, follow up on outstanding payments, and ensure timely collections to minimize credit risk.
- Address customer feedback and complaints promptly, and coordinate with the production team to implement corrective actions.
- Drive new sales initiatives to achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Plan and lead promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and grow the customer base.
- Collaborate with fabricators and customers to monitor project timelines and ensure successful delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Minimum SPM qualification; diploma or degree in any discipline is an added advantage.
- Strong communication skills in **Chinese, Malay, and English**.
- Experience with **AutoCAD** or other drawing software is a plus.
- Ability to understand and interpret architectural or interior design drawings.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
