Position Overview

We are seeking motivated and professional individuals to join our team as Sales & Marketing Executive (Takaful). The role focuses on providing financial protection solutions, promoting takaful products, and building long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Promote and market takaful products to individuals, families, and businesses.
- Provide financial advisory services and customized protection solutions based on client needs.
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with continuous follow-up and service.
- Educate clients about the importance of financial planning, risk protection, and wealth management.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets set by the company.
- Participate in marketing campaigns, roadshows, and community engagement activities.
- Stay updated on takaful products, industry trends, and regulatory guidelines.
- Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma/Degree in any field (Business/Finance/Marketing is an advantage).
- Experience in sales, marketing, or financial services is preferred (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-driven, disciplined, and able to work independently.
- Passion for helping people with financial literacy and protection planning.
- Knowledge of Islamic finance/takaful principles is an added advantage.
- Own transport is preferred (for client meetings).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Internship, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
