**Job Description**:

- Copyedit and proofread Informa Tech content, including reports, PowerPoint documents, and Excel spreadsheets, to ensure it is consistent, accurate, and accessible to a global client base.
- Copyedit, proofread, and check all data points on forecasts, spreadsheets, reports, and data tools, before uploading content to relevant channels.
- Publish content using online content management system and ensure that content is delivered in a timely manner and that related KPIs are being met
- Act as key point person for multimedia-related requests, particularly podcast and video editing and publishing, and support global E&PO Head in improving multimedia content delivery and promotion.
- Develop content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term departmental targets.
- Develop a solid understanding of available multimedia content offered by the company and identify areas of improvement.
- Develop multimedia content governance guidelines for tone, style, and voice of all content, and ensuring they are followed.
- Collaborate with research, content management teams, marketing, and other related stakeholders to implement schedules, cadences, and new strategies.
- Project-manage high-level calls with multiple stakeholders, including strategizing, scheduling, and hosting the calls for maximum engagement.
- Perform QA checks on front-end web content and back-end content management system to ensure quality of content and processes, and work alongside global E&PO Head in refining content and processes to optimize quality and efficiency of execution and delivery. Continuous measurement of key KPIs in this area.
- Support on-time delivery of syndicated research projects across sectors; and successful, on time execution of research projects that are essential components of consulting engagements.
- Support E&P Manager on the continuing evolution and refinement of E&P related business/operational processes.
- Follows up with stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and understanding.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel
- Proficient in multimedia editing programs, particularly for podcasts and videos
- Proficient in HTML and CSS
- Track record in project management
- Experience with content management systems
- Experience in the technology market intelligence business including knowledge of research processes and methodologies
- Comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders both internally and externally
- Experience with automation an advantage
