**Key Responsibilities**:
1) Handle all aspects of video production, from pre-production planning to shooting, video editing, photography, lighting wizardry, audio recording and the magic of post-production editing for all social media platform such as social media feeds, ads, EDM, thumbnail, etc.
2) Must be able to conceptualize creative ideas, develop thematic directions, and style all videography/photography work to keep our content fresh and exciting.
3) Lead full end to end video production process, include storyboard with marketing team, identify key scenes, timeline, scripting, thumbnail and post-production schedule.
4) Craft reels-style videos that ride the wave of modern trends, ensuring our content stands out on social media platforms.
5) Conduct video, photoshoot, and event shooting.
6) Perform other ad-hoc duties, projects, and initiatives as assigned and when required.

Job Requirements:
1) Proven experience in videography and video editing, showcasing a portfolio of previous work especially in social media.
2) Proficiency in video & photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, etc.) and related tools.
3) Strong understanding of video production techniques, equipment, and lighting.
4) Able to come out with creative idea to promote product and person branding to develop compelling and visually appealing content.
5) Must be able to do video editing thru smartphone using Cap Cut.
6) Photography skill is an advantage.
7) Organize and manage video assets, ensuring efficient file storage and backup to keep our creative flow unstoppable.
8) Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects, adhering to deadlines with mínimal supervision.
9) Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
10) Fluent in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
11) At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in videography and photography

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
