**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in Electrical/ Engineering
- Proven experience in project management, particularly in ELV systems integration projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of Extra Low Voltage systems, including CCTV, access control, fire alarm, etc
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team collaboration and achieving project goals.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Melayu

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Project Planning and Coordination**:

- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential issues.

**2.Client Communication and Relationship Management**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular status meetings and provide project updates to clients to ensure transparency and satisfaction.
- Manage client expectations and address concerns or issues in a timely manner.

**3. Technical Oversight**:

- Utilize technical expertise in ELV systems (such as CCTV, access control, fire alarm, structured cabling, etc.) to guide project implementation.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design ELV solutions that meet client requirements and industry standards.
- Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure the functionality and performance of installed systems.

**4.Resource Management**:

- Allocate resources effectively to meet project milestones and deliverables.
- Monitor resource utilization and adjust plans as necessary to optimize efficiency.
- Provide leadership and support to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

**5.Budget and Cost Control**:

- Monitor project expenses and track budgetary allocations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiencies without compromising project quality.
- Ensure compliance with budget constraints and financial guidelines.

**6.Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
- Generate comprehensive project reports detailing key metrics, accomplishments, and challenges.
- Prepare post-project evaluations to assess outcomes and identify areas for improvement.

**Salary**: RM5,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Project tender: 1 year (preferred)
