1) Provide service to clients’ changing insurance needs by selling AIA products and services: life, health, and disability insurance.

2) Create and maintain good rapport with clients by offering good quality services for repeat business and referrals.

3) Conduct in-depth reviews of clients’ financial plan, current provision and future aims and assist customer in choosing the right financial plan

4) Focus on customer-relationship

5) Engage and interact with customer face to face.

6) Enhance insurance agency reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments

**Requirements**:

- Malaysian & Bumiputera only
- Must possess at least SPM/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Required language: Bahasa Malaysia, English, other language is an added advantage.
- At least 1 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill: communication, sales and marketing experience, preferably in financial services like insurance, unit trust, housing loan and credit card, banking related field.
- Ex-banker, Accountant, Auditor, Engineer, Pharmaceutical or other insurance agents are welcome to apply.
- fresh graduate encouraged to apply.
- Willingly to work under training system.
- Positive attitude and willingness to take up challenges.
