**Responsiblities**:
1. Prepare purchase order, coordinate with supplies, managing daily purchasing

2. Track orders and ensure timely delivery, storage operations.

3. Maintaining purchase records, supplies database, stock record etc.

4. Training new and existing employees/stockkeeper in the purchasing process.

5. Prepare monthly sales report.

6. Manage quality of materials (trees, shrubs, hardscape etc)

7. Prepare contract including bills of quantities.

8. Evaluate tenders from contractor and subcontractors and where appropriate, negotiate with the contractors/supplies.

9. Control all stages of projects within predetermined budget and expenditure.

10. Monitor and keep track of project progress and are responsible for the measurement and valuation of variations in the work during the contract, for agreement of interim payments and the final account.

11. Work as part of a team to ensure that the requirements of the client are delivered.

12. Carry out monthly valuations of work in progress, including forecasting of final costs and sales.

13. Supply all relevant information to the General Manager and or the Managing Director for review at the specified intervals set.

14. Establish supplier sources and exploring new suppliers.

**15. To ensure proper documentations (especially**: issue of PO), follow up with delivery order and reception of goods or services, in compliance with the company procedure.

16. Any ad hoc task as assigned by superior.
