**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced **Cabin Crew professional** to join our academic team as a **Trainer / Lecturer** for our **Diploma in Cabin Crew Management** program. This role involves delivering engaging lessons, guiding practical sessions, and preparing students for successful careers in the airline industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver classroom and practical training sessions related to cabin crew operations and aviation service standards
- Develop lesson plans, training materials, and assessment tools in line with program objectives
- Share industry insights and personal experiences to enhance student learning
- Monitor student progress and provide guidance and feedback
- Participate in curriculum development and academic meetings

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a cabin crew member (senior/lead crew preferred)
- Experience in training or mentoring roles is an added advantage
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Passionate about teaching and student development
- Diploma or degree in aviation, hospitality, or related field is preferred
