**Position Title**: Marketing Executive - Specification
**Department**: Marketing / Business Development
**Reports To**: Director

To develop, manage, and deliver product specifications to consultants, architects, designers, and clients. The role focuses on ensuring the company’s products are accurately represented in project specifications, enhancing brand visibility, and driving sales opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Specification Development**:

- Prepare, draft, and update product specifications for projects (architectural, construction, and interior).
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, client requirements, and company policies.
- Collaborate with technical and sales teams to maintain accurate and updated product information.
- **Marketing & Promotion**:

- Promote company products to consultants, architects, and designers.
- Conduct product presentations and technical briefings to ensure products are included in specifications.
- Build brand awareness through events, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns.
- **Client & Consultant Engagement**:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with consultants, architects, contractors, and project owners.
- Provide technical support and advice on product suitability for specific projects.
- Actively follow up with stakeholders to confirm inclusion in project tenders/specifications.
- **Market Research & Analysis**:

- Monitor industry trends, competitors’ activities, and market demands.
- Identify opportunities for new specifications and product positioning.
- Prepare reports on specification achievements and market penetration.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain a database of specifications, projects, and client interactions.
- Submit regular progress and performance reports to management.

Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month
