**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Assist with troubleshooting hardware and software issues for employees.
- Support the IT team in network administration and system maintenance.
- Help in managing IT documentation, including system configurations and troubleshooting guides.
- Assist in IT security measures, including antivirus updates and monitoring system logs.
- Provide support for end-user training on IT tools and software.
- Participate in IT projects, including system upgrades and migrations.
- Assist in managing IT inventory, including tracking and setting up new equipment.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the IT Manager.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) and networking concepts.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other productivity tools.
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices is a plus.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic IT issues.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Willing to do internship in Bandar Puteri Puchong
