**Job requirements**:

- A minimum diploma or above in multimedia design or related field
- A minimum of 3 years of proven working experience as multimedia specialist or similar role in any industry.
- Solid experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Experience with 3D modeling and animation software, such as Blender or Maya, is a plus
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is a plus
- Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
- Social media native - Ability to keep up with latest design trends on social media
- A good aesthetic eye and stays up to date with gaming contemporary art, graphic, and advertising trends.
- Strong visual sense, creativity and the ability to communicate complex ideas through visual mediums effectively
- Self-motivated, resourceful and ability to work independently and manage timelines and deliverables effectively
- Prior experience in startups / creative agencies, is a plus & its may be overtime work or rushing timeline sometimes
- Strong interest in gaming, blockchain, NFT and/or the crypto industry
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), Power point presentation design skills is a must, preferred experiences and higher standard design skill. Preferred can speak and write in mandarin and English. Can provide a lot of creative design idea to Marketing head.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualise, plan and execute the productions of multimedia content, such as social media graphics, animations, and videos, presentation decks etc.
- To assist in designing, editing, and integrating digital content, graphics, animation, photography, illustrations, and other multimedia visualisation and imaging products.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers, marketers, and product managers, to develop and implement design solutions
- To design and develop content style and layout.
- To create proofs, prototypes, mock-ups, wireframes, user journey maps, and other visual aids.
- To create presentation and communication templates for promotional, developmental, and administrative needs.
- Tell compelling stories through graphics and its products & services in line with the overall brand development strategy and core values
- Handle the design from concept to final artwork
- Deliver creatives for campaigns and projects in a timely manner according to brand and visual guidelines
- Work with cross department colleagues for any additional ad hoc design tasks.

- Proficiency in English and Mandarin, capable of producing and managing content in both languages.
- A passion for gaming and a keen understanding of the gaming community’s dynamics.
- Strong communication, organizational, and creative skills.
- Ability to work proactively, manage stress, and take responsibility for project outcomes.
- Experience in ads buying, with the ability to strategize and execute advertising campaigns effectively.

**Nice to Haves**:

- Skills in design software like Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator
- A deep love for gaming and understanding of gamer culture.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
