Their philosophy, “Infinite Love for My Only Treasure,” is inspired by the French phrase "Mon Trésor," which translates to "my treasure." They view love and rings as timeless symbols of eternal devotion and poetic romance. With over 45 years of history in the luxury jewelry industry, they specialize in personalized pieces using natural diamonds and precious gemstones. Their clientele includes high-end customers, including Middle Eastern royalty. They are dedicated to offering unique, bespoke jewelry experiences that celebrate individuality and style. **Job Scope**: - Provide exceptional, personalized service to high-end clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences. - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote engagement and wedding rings as core products. - Lead and manage marketing campaigns across digital platforms such as Instagram and Facebook, with a focus on growing brand awareness and customer engagement. - Plan and execute both online and offline marketing initiatives to build the brand presence in Malaysia, ensuring alignment with the brand's luxury positioning. - Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing materials and manage customer communications. - Monitor sales performance, provide insights, and adjust strategies to achieve sales targets. **Job Requirements**: - Higher Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related discipline. - Experience in luxury brand marketing, with strong knowledge of digital platforms like Instagram and Facebook. - Proficiency in using graphic design and video editing software (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Capcut, etc) - Excellent command of both written and spoken in Cantonese, Mandarin & English. - Strong leadership skills in managing both digital and offline marketing campaigns. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with discerning clients. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales and marketing objectives. **Benefits**: - 5 working days. - Hospital insurance - Medical claim allowance - Parking allowance - Friendly and good working environment - Free snacks & beverages - Increment depends on work performance. - Year-end bonus based on work performance. - Festival gifts, birthday benefits etc - Working place nearby MRT station. **Office Locations: Medan Connaught / Sunway Velocity** Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Additional leave - Health insurance - Maternity leave - Opportunities for promotion - Professional development Schedule: - Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: - Attendance bonus - Performance bonus - Yearly bonus Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 11/01/2024
