**Job Description**:
**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Provide guidance and support to Camstar users including diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving any Camstar MES issues that may come up.
- Perform or assist in root cause investigations on MES changes/updates.
- Work closely with cross functional team Operation, Engineering, Test & NPI team on daily basis & adhoc support.
- Workflow creation in MES, new object creation, modification & maintenance support. Reporting requirements and specifications for MES. Process modeling in Camstar. Reporting requirements and specifications for MES.
- Analyze and understand manufacturing business needs and translate those needs into: Supporting business cases and specifications for Camstar MES.
- Analyze and understand business needs from an end-to-end perspective & propose systemic solution.
- Participate in Kaizens, small group and other process improvement activities.

**Qualifications**:
**REQUIRED**:

- Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or related field.
- At least 3 years in MES or related field
- Able to write and has good command of English
- 24/7 shift

**PREFERRED**:

- Previous experience in MES/Camstar
- Experienced in troubleshoot MES/Camstar errors
- Can work independently with minimum supervision
