**Sterling Commerce and connect exp Mandatory**
Key Responsibilities:
Implementation & Configuration:
Set up and configure IBM Sterling Connect: Secure Proxy to facilitate secure data transfers and communication between trading partners.
Implement and manage IBM Sterling Commerce solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements.
System Management:
Security Management:
Ensure compliance with security protocols and best practices for data protection.
Manage user access and permissions for the Secure Proxy and Commerce environments.
Integration & Support:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Sterling solutions with existing systems and processes.
Provide technical support and training to end-users and stakeholders as needed.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
Generate reports on system performance, file transfer statistics, and security compliance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience with IBM Sterling Connect: Secure Proxy and IBM Sterling Commerce solutions.
Strong understanding of file transfer protocols (SFTP, AS2, etc.) and security standards.
Experience with middleware technologies and integration processes.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications related to IBM Sterling solutions or middleware technologies.
Knowledge of cloud technologies and deployment strategies.
Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell) for automation tasks.
