We are a regional team specialising in software development, systems integration and machine development.

With offices in Singapore, Johor and Hanoi, we build solutions for multinational enterprises including: Ministry of Home Affairs,Parliament, Lenovo, Unilever, Compass Group, ISS, Sodexo, amongst others.

We are looking for an IT Field Technician to work at our Singapore HQ to help deploy IT projects and provide IT support to our clients.
- Hands-on technical experience with Windows, Linux or Android devices
- Hands-on technical skills like basic electrical wiring, use of handtools, setting up of electronics, computers and devices
- our job involves onsite deployments with our smart machines and devices.
- Experience with various cloud-based software & remote access tools like Anydesk.

Job Responsibilities

Defining tasks and timeline for projects assigned by General Manager

Set deadlines and manage timeline progress with the Manager for each Project

Prepare operations manuals, documents including training clients on product usage

Ensure client requirements or feedback, project issues are reported and escalated

Conduct basic testing with technician on deliverable products and other ad-hoc duties when assigned

**Requirements**:
Minimum Diploma, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT-related disciplines

Meticulous and detail oriented (extremely important)

Ability to multitask effectively

Experience with Project Management tools (we use Asana and Google Calendar)

Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience or strong internship references

Excellent communication skills with strong time management, multi-tasking skills

Hands-on Technical and electrical skills required
