**Responsibilities**:
In charge of all purchasing needs: plan, issue and follow up on Purchase Orders, delivery planning and shipment schedules
Material planning to ensure safety stock level is kept at all time for production
Communicate and coordinate with suppliers from Local (Malaysia) & Overseas (e.g Thailand, China)
Create purchase orders from requisitions
Prepare weekly / monthly material stock report
Liaise with freight forwarder on shipment delivery schedule
Prepare Import shipments shipping documents
Effective communication with internal team, i.e. Sales, Production, Design and Inventory departments
Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

**Job Requirements**:
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. Ability to understand Mandarin an advantage.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Basic knowledge in inventory management, Microsoft excel
5 day work week; Mon-Fri regular hours

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
