A&W Team Member (a.k.a Service Crew) is to providing fun, friendly, engaging, prompt service to all guests while serving quality food and beverages in a clean and comfortable environment. The ideal person for this job is someone who enjoys serving and helping customers, is engaged and positive, and enjoys what they do Uphold our commitment to delivering delicious food, friendly service, and a clean, welcoming atmosphere.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Responsible, trustworthy and high integrity.
- Be the face of A&W by ensuring every guest receives friendly service. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Provides quality food and beverages consistently by adhering to all SOP standards. Follows health, safety and sanitation guides for all products.
- Provides a clean and welcoming environment. Ensures products are stocked.
- Maintains restaurant cleanliness including exterior, restrooms, and dining and counter areas.
- Takes appropriate and immediate action to resolve guest complaints. Follows up to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintains a clean and organized workstation and accurately completes duties on cleaning and maintenance checklists.
- Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality. Adheres to Uniform Guidelines and complies with appearance and hygiene standards.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Min SPM qualification, fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
- Willing to work on shift rotation, weekends and public holidays
- Able to multitask and thrive in a fast paced environment
- Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Friendly & Customer-focus mindset - making every guest feel valued and appreciated
- Good communication skills
- Responsible, trustworthy and high integrity
- Can start work immediately
- Full Time & Part Time positions are available.

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
