**TITLE**: SITE/PROJECT ADMINISTRATION

**REPORTING TO**: Senior Project Manager /Head of Contracts

**DEPARTMENT**: KUTS & JPS Project / Tender, Contract & Purchasing

**ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Perform day to day general office administrative duties (i.e. data entry, printing, scanning, formatting, etc).
- Organise and maintain overall incoming and outgoing correspondences documents with proper office filing, tracking and record system.
- Handle works correspondences, documentation and follow-up functions.
- Assist in follow-up of submission of quotations/prices from suppliers/subcontractors.
- Assist in preparing and compiling Pre-Qualification documents/tender documents submission to Clients according to checklist.
- Assist in preparing Purchase Order/Works Orders to Suppliers/subcontractors.
- Assist in checking arithmetical errors of subcontractors' Payment Certificates, Request of Payments (ROP) documents, etc.
- Any other tasks as assigned by superior.

**JOB SPECIFICATION**:

- Possess minimum Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or Diploma.
- Minimum 3 year(s) of working experience.
- Good command in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Possess working experience in contractor/consultant environment would be an advantage.
- Computer literacy with knowledge in MS Office.
- Compliance philosophies & code of ethics.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 is an advantage.
- Pleasant personality and able to interact with people of all levels.
- Able to adapt to changes to meet commitments and deadlines.
- Detailed oriented and good organizational skills.
- Good team player.
- Resourceful, trustworthy and proactive.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
