**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Issue and distribute tools, consumable items and raw materials as list of each requisition
- Verify record of requisitions and prepare report of requisition
- Provide purchase order of tools, consumable items and raw materials
- Check and receive tools, consumable items and raw materials as list in purchase order
- Tidy store tools, consumable items and raw materials for easy use and accurate plan of storage
- Clean and store tools, consumable items and raw materials in the warehouse
- Coordinate with related departments for accurate delivery of products
- Prepare remaining list of tools, consumable items and raw materials in the stock
- Prepare documents in accordance with 1509001 and TIS/OHSAS18001
- Duties, responsibilities and authorities for Occupational Health and Safety Management
- Responsible and Act according to the requirements under ISO 14001
