**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Responsible for accurate and speedy preparation of custom form i.e transmitting the correct information and tariff code, checking the custom's respond and arrange the necessary documents for further custom clearance process and prepare shipping note.
- Responsible for advising client for payment of duties to custom if any.
- To write daily submission request and to fill details inside the folder.
- Perform any other assignments as and when directed by superior/s and comply with the company's rules and regulations.
- To perform declarations based on **Aldec System**. Well versed in handling K1, K2, K3, K5, K8, and Bill of Lading documents -Have knowledge in custom clearance processes
- To perform import permit (CIDB, Fosim)

Job Requirement
- At least 2 years of working experience in forwarding/ shipping company.
- Polite, good communication, good working attitude, proactive and attentive to details

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

- Klang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
