The Workplace and Facilities Manager is a key leadership role to manage the development and delivery of all aspects of the facilities management. The role requires strong strategic engagement with the business partners and leaders to identify opportunities for efficiencies and improvements, helping to develop a well aligned long-term site strategy. You will get the opportunity to engage with regional and international peers on Global improvement programs and have input into strategic supplier selection.

**Job Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Leading activities related to company real estate and for managing relationships with vendors
- Responsible for outsourced facilities services for assigned company location
- Maintains Agilent's real estate to ensure the following outcomes:

- support and enhance business capability by running an efficient and reliable infrastructure and providing innovative solutions to new requirements;
- Utilise the Agilent brand by ensuring sites provide an appropriate employee and customer environment;
- Ensure compliance with external regulations such as fire, EHS, building regs;
- Provide top-quartile financial performance combined with industry leading service levels;
- Stewardship of asset health by insuring appropriate levels of investment and adequate protection from loss/disaster
- Execution is delivered through the performance management of strategic suppliers.
- Demand/consumption is determined through extensive engagement with business management to determine current and future needs;
- consulting with managers and vendors to insure the right decisions are made from an Agilent perspective, and
- innovative and pro-active proposals for business solutions (e.g. site consolidations).
- Ensures adherence to company facility standards.
- Manages substantial facilities budgets for assigned organization(s).
- Reduces broad concepts, business/ organization strategies into structured projects
- Leads the design/ delivery of new projects/ programs; is the key technical contributor
- Solves complex, high impact Real Estate or WPS program/ project design/ development/ delivery problems
- Bachelors or Masters Degree or University Degree or equivalent.
- Typically 8+ years relevant experience for entry to this level.
- Post-graduate and/or certification/ license may be required.
- Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in job.
