Full-time Retail Assistant

**Job Scope**:
- Welcome and greet customers.
- Creating simple daily content for the shop's social media to attract more customers and raise brand awareness.
- Ensure the tidiness and cleanliness of the whole store at all time.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
- Maintain a fully stocked store.
- Recommend and display items that match customer needs.
- Work to achieve store monthly target
- Perform and maintain stock replenishment to ensure a fully stocked store
- Able to ascertain customers’ wants and needs
- Keep up to date with product information
- Accurately describe product features and benefits
- Manage point-of-sale processes
- Actively involved in the handling and packing of new shipments from ecommerce platform
- Follow all company policies and procedures
**Requirements**:
- Customer service oriented and able to attract potential customers
- Good personal and communication skills
- Able to work in retail hours (Shift, weekends and public holidays)
- Can commute
**Location**
- Elmina Lakeside Mall, Shah Alam

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
