**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Possess at least a Diploma/Degree/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Degree in English/TESL or equivalent.
- **Experience**: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in adult education or related fields (Fresh graduates with relevant internships/volunteer experience are welcome to apply).

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (required).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of adult learning principles and teaching best practices.

**Personal Attributes**:

- Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Organized with a strong sense of urgency toward deadlines.
- Compassionate, positive attitude, and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal and presentation abilities.
- Immediate availability is an advantage.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in creating and tailoring lesson plans for adult learners.
- Support the review and reinforcement of materials taught in class.
- Facilitate group activities to enhance the learning experience.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and inclusive virtual classroom environment.
- Provide support to students by assisting with assignments, performance assessments, and adjustments.
- Supervise student attendance and ensure adherence to organizational policies.
- Create engaging educational content in various formats (e.g., videos, audios, PowerPoint slides).
- Conduct one-on-one sessions to assess students’ abilities and address their needs.
- Greet and assist clients and students during events, ensuring smooth operation throughout.
- Perform ad-hoc assignments as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
