**Responsibilities**:
1. Organize daily meeting on time, deploy the work of the day, pay attention to and maintain the appearance and mental outlook of the employees in the store.

2. Responsible for the sales turnover of the store, and analyse the reasons for its rise and fall and formulate relevant strategy.

3. Responsible for safety issues and equipment maintenance in the store.

4. Responsible for checking the product inventory, order quantity and product quality in the store on the day to ensure the normal operation of the store.

5. Responsible for checking the shelf life and quality problems of the products, and deal with the products that do not meet the requirements in a timely manner.

6. Responsible for arranging the cleaning and sanitation of the store.

7. Responsible for the POSM display including Price Tag / Banner / Poster / Decoration / Seasonal Product.

8. Arrange the job content of employees reasonably, train the employees from time to time, and guide the employees in the best working methods.

9. Monitoring the service quality of employees, and deal with the problems in time.

10. Reasonably control various operating expenses in the store and reduce operating costs.

11. Communicate with customers from time to time to understand customer opinions and related information.

12. Responsible for handling customer complaints and in-store emergencies.

13. Understand the surrounding market, feedback the information obtained to the upper department in a timely manner, and help the company improve its operation and management.

14. According to the actual situation in the store, provide suggestions and measures for the overall planning of in-store marketing.

15. Responsible for the filling and analysis of various work reports in the store, and the assessment and evaluation of employees in the store.

16. Responsible for the execution of other specific tasks arranged by the operation department.

17. Responsible for supervising and guiding staff, and stopping and correcting the behaviour that violates the company policy.

18. Responsible for the maintenance of Key Account customers.

19. Shift Passover including cashiering checking

20. Recruit, perform interview followed the guideline set by HQ.

21. Perform quarterly performance appraisal with team.

22. Teammates duty roster and leave arrangement.

23. Proper arrangement and placement of tools / utensils with proper labelling and record.

24. Responsible for small item procurement with local supplier.

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
