**Job Title: Associate Field Service Engineer (IT Support & Repair)**

**Location: PJ, Klang Valley**

**Salary**:

- RM 2,000 - RM 2,200 (Fresh Graduates)

**Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM**

**Working Days: Monday to Friday**

**Start Date: Immediate**

**Who You Will Be Working For**:

- You will be working with a dynamic IT services team, providing on-site support for IT systems, including hardware and software troubleshooting, at client locations in PJ and across Klang Valley.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Repair and troubleshoot laptops and IT equipment at client locations.
- Provide on-site support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Perform project roll-outs, installations, and preventive maintenance.
- Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met and customer satisfaction is achieved.

**What You’ll Need**:

- Must have own transport and be flexible for travel within Klang Valley.
- Diploma/Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Mandarin a plus).
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.

**Job Type**: Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
