1. Customer Service:

- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist customers in making menu selections and provide information about the products or

services offered.
- Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously.

2. Order Processing:

- Input and process customer orders into the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Ensure accuracy in order details and communicate special requests to the kitchen or relevant

departments.
- Coordinate with kitchen and other staff to ensure timely delivery of orders to customers.

3. Table Maintenance:

- Set up and clean dining areas before and after service.
- Clear tables of used dishes, utensils, and glassware promptly.
- Ensure tables are properly set with clean utensils, napkins, and condiments.

4. Hygiene and Sanitation:

- Adhere to hygiene and sanitation standards in handling food and beverages.
- Follow proper cleaning procedures for dining areas, including tables, chairs, and floors.
- Maintain personal hygiene and cleanliness in accordance with company policies.

5. Team Collaboration:

- Work collaboratively with other members of the service and kitchen teams.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless service.
- Assist in other areas of the establishment as needed.

6. Cash Handling:

- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Process payments using cash registers or electronic payment systems.
- Provide customers with receipts and ensure correct change is given.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
