**Position Summary**:
Supporting the failure analysis sample preparation, and hands-on learning on using FESEM.
Support REL testing, compilation, and publication of reports.
Support new REL test capability setup for new technology testing.
Support tool and process documentation (e.g. work instructions)

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Support on the FA sample preparation and FESEM inspection.
Maintaining REL database, updating the weekly data from time to time.
Support Reliability testing for cell, coupon & module levels.
Support New Test development and Involve in Kaizen activities for Reliability and FA lab area.

**Qualification / Education**:
Diploma / Certificate in Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical / Mechatronic Engineering.
Bachelor's degree in Material Science, Science (Chemistry, Physics) or any Engineering field.

**Required Experience**:
Background on the fundamental of material science will be an advantage.

**Knowledge /Skills**:
Good working attitude and good disciplined
Matured, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure
Verbal and written communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Computer literate
