About the role:
The role involves grooming both customer pets and in-house pets at the outlet to ensure they are clean, healthy, and well-maintained.

**Responsibilities**:

- Exceptional Customer Service: Greet and assist walk-in customers with enthusiasm, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for both pets and their owners. Create memorable experiences that encourage loyalty and repeat visits.
- Expert Pet Grooming: Perform full-service grooming, including bathing, brushing, styling, nail trimming, ear cleaning, and coat maintenance, ensuring each pet looks and feels its best.
- Engaging Pet Care Support: Use your expertise to educate pet owners on proper grooming techniques, coat care, and hygiene, helping them maintain their pets’ health and well-being.
- In-House Pet Grooming: Maintain the grooming and cleanliness of in-house pets, ensuring they are healthy, well-groomed, and comfortable in the outlet.
- Health & Safety Awareness: Assess pets’ skin, coat, and overall condition to identify any potential issues. Handle pets with care and patience, ensuring a stress-free grooming experience.
- Clean & Organized Workstation: Maintain grooming tools and work areas in a clean and hygienic condition, following proper sanitization and safety protocols.
- Collaboration & Teamwork: Work closely with the team to support daily operations, assist with basic pet care for in-house pets, and contribute to a positive work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Possess a minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience as a pet groomer, with expertise in grooming different breeds (certification is a plus).
- A genuine passion for pets, demonstrating enthusiasm for animal care and welfare.
- Physically fit to handle and lift pets when necessary.
- Strong understanding of pet behaviour and handling techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

- Sales Acumen: Ability to promote and sell products confidently, helping customers make informed choices for their pets.
