Lecturer / Tutor - Accounting (Mandarin-speaking)

**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and deliver lectures & tutorials.
- Teach accounting concepts and practices to students in Mandarin.
- Provide regular guidance to students to assist them on the progress of their academic achievement.
- Ensure the students to sit and pass the AAT exams on time according to the schedule.
- Prepare and deliver lessons that engage and motivate students, using a variety of teaching techniques and materials.
- Assess student progress through homework, quizzes, and providing constructive feedback.
- Tailor teaching methods to meet the diverse learning needs and styles of students.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and progress.
- Participate in school meetings and events, and collaborate with other staff to enhance the curriculum and learning experience.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience.
- IT literate with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for teaching and able to work in a team.
- Patient and adaptable to the learning paces of different students.
- Mature personality.
- Fluent in Mandarin, both spoken and written, with strong communication and presentation skills.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract
Pay: RM50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 per week
