JOB VACANCY

POSITION - LOGISTICS OPERATION ASSISTANT

LOCATION - PULAU INDAH, PORT KLANG

SALARY - RM 3000-4000

Job Descriptions
- To build, establish, maintain and improve relationships with customers
- Ensure consignment orders are processed accurately based on the order and instructions given by the customers

and/or management.
- Able to communicate and coordinate with Shippers, Customers, Customs broker, Transporters on cargo

transportations/status.
- Work closely with Warehouse Operations to ensure timely and accurate movements of inventory.
- Assist in customs documentation and ensure accurate declaration of import and export permits.
- Maintain a systematic document filing.
- Ensure prompt billing of invoices and assisting in overdue payment collection.
- Perform any other ad hoc assigned by the department head.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma holder in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in the logistics field
- Positive working attitude & be a good team player.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications, e.g., Excel/words.
- Shipping/ logistics management, good interpersonal skills
- Neat and discipline on documentation.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Able to communicate in English & Bahasa Melayu.

AGENSI PEKERJAAN NS SHUE SDN BHD.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
