**Job description**

**Account Clerk (Account Payables)**

**Perform accounting and clerical functions support to the accounting department.**
**- Performing data entry purchase invoices into the accounting system**
**- Checking purchase invoice with purchase order**
**- Checking supplier Statement**
**- Issuance payment to supplier**
**- Assisting in e-invoice self-billing transactions**
**- Assist in monthly and annual closing activities**
**- Document filing and scanning**

**Qualifications & Requirements**:
**- Diploma in Account with bookkeeping knowledge**
**- MUST have 1-year relevant experience**
**- Able to work independently with minimum supervision**
**- Able to work as a team, willing to learn**
**- Responsible and passionate about work**
**- Possess a good work ethic and attitude**

**Software skills: Microsoft Excel, Auto Count**

**Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month**

**Schedule**:

**Education**:

- **Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**

**Job Type**: Internship
