We are a growing bakery brand, and we’re looking for a **talented and dedicated Front of House Leader (门市前台主管)** to join our #SQUAD at our The One branch

**Position**: Bakery Shop Front of House Leader

**Job Type**: Full-Time / Part-Time
**Location**: 1-1-16, Tingkat Mahsuri, Bayan Baru, 11950 Bayan Lepas, Penang
**Salary (Full-Time)**: RM1,900 - RM2,300++ per month
**Start Date**: As soon as possible

**What You’ll Do**:
**Operations**:

- Ensure POS system and mobile app run smoothly
- Oversee daily operations and assist in executing supervisor’s direction
- Handle HQ ordering and ensure cashiers have small change
- Standardize and implement store SOPs
- Check daily sales reports

**Leadership & Teamwork**:

- Lead by example and train new team members on SOPs and product knowledge
- Create a positive and productive work environment
- Monitor team performance and appearance, reporting issues to supervisor

**Product & Stock**:

- Maintain product quality and attractive displays
- Ensure good product variety and output
- Manage utensils, tools, and daily stock planning with the production team

**Customer Service**:

- Be the first point of contact for customers
- Handle complaints professionally and ensure high satisfaction
- Collect feedback and answer customer inquiries

**Reporting**:

- Daily cleanliness report
- Customer feedback records

- Responsible, efficient, proactive, and well-organized
- Able to commit on weekends and public holidays
- Good at managing people and solving problems
- Able to work independently
- Must have **Typhoid Injection** and **SLPM Certification**

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
