Developing and executing new product development and work with the commercialization team to bring these products to market.
- Develop concepts, products and solutions by coordinating with business team.
- Understand customer expectations on to-be manufactured product.
- Establish project goals and priorities by collaborating with Sales and Operations.
- Research, design and evaluate materials, assemblies, processes and equipment.
- Organizes work activities and manages the communication of technical information and commercialization requirements to the production facility and negotiates the desired outcomes
- Conduct R&D study for value added, regulatory compliance, quality improvement, or cost reduction of existing products.
- Work closely with other internal functions such as Marketing and Production to provide product expertise and render technical support on product development to achieve business goals.
- Communicate effectively and regularly to reporting superiors on project progress, results and analysis in terms of complete study reports, presentations, and meetings.
- Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate superior.
The scope of authority shall refer to the selected work process procedure / instruction.

**Requirements**:

- Preferable with Chemical Background.
- At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good interpersonal skill, open minded, proactive, strong sense of responsibility and committed.
- Good analytical & leadership skills.
- Preferred language: English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
