Job Description:
We are looking for dedicated and team-oriented Kitchen Crew members to join our back-of-house team. If you’re passionate about cooking, maintaining high standards of food preparation, and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment, we’d love to have you on board

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain basic food hygiene standards and follow proper kitchen protocols.
- Work in assigned kitchen stations (smashing, frying, assembling, and preparation).
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including burger sauces and condiments.
- Efficiently manage food production and operations during peak hours.
- Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, and taste as per company requirements.
- Collaborate with team members, stay motivated, and maintain self-discipline in a busy kitchen environment.

Additional Skills (preferred):

- Expertise in smashing perfectly cooked burger patties and organizing workflow efficiently during high-demand periods.
- Ability to fry multiple items simultaneously while maintaining quality and consistency.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to the creation of special menu items.
- Strong organizational skills to control ingredient stock levels, including ordering and inventory management.
- Creativity and a passion for developing innovative dishes that align with the company’s brand.

**Requirements**:

- Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
- Strong teamwork skills and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure and stay efficient during busy hours.
- Flexibility to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays, if required.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
